The house we recently bought was marketed by the Property Store EK. When I called to arrange a viewing it was outside office hours so I fully expected it to go to voicemail or to have to call back the next day, however June answered and put the appointment in the diary, which was fantastic. Conveniently, the EPC link in the listing on Rightmove included the home report so we had all the info we needed in advance of the viewing, in an easily accessible place, without needing to request it. The property certainly lived up to the photos - often estate agents will use optical tricks and high angle shots to make rooms appear bigger than they actually are, but that wasn’t the case here. It was exactly as shown/described and we were thoroughly smitten when we viewed. From a buyer’s perspective, we had first class service and all went smoothly from start to finish.
