- Furnished the homes from sofas to tea spoons – and installed satellite
- Provided welcome packs right down to the bread and milk ... and pizza on moving in
- Provided local information packs about the area
- Provided personal check-in’s

- Closed the contract down, disposing of the furniture to local charities and returning the properties to rentable condition.
