Tenancy Manager
Niamh is one our Tenancy Managers.
This involves looking after our tenants and landlords mostly within the Cumbernauld postcodes. Niamh splits her working week between our two offices in Cumbernauld and East Kilbride which keeps her diary active! She deals with tenants and landlords from move in to move out, making sure their experience with us is smooth and enjoyable. Niamh has great creative skills and she puts this to use, taking beautiful photographs for our property adverts. Niamh also loves to join in on our marketing side and write blogs for our tenants, landlords and followers.
Her hobbies include scuba diving! Niamh spends every week at their swimming pool in Stirling training new divers and dives in open water on the weekends with her scuba team. She also really enjoy travelling to new countries to experience new cultures.
Fun fact – Naimh is half Dutch!
Our staff recently completed a Myres Briggs personality survey. Niamh is an INTJ - “the architect”. She shares this personality type with the likes of Jane Austen, C.S. Lewis and Issac Newton. As one of the rarest personality types they are capable, rational and quick-witted. These personality types question everything and love to make their own discoveries.
